Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product launch, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Architecture Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI integration.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- R&D Oversight: Foster a culture of research and development, evaluating emerging technologies like quantum algorithms and neural networks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, product, and executive leadership.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
