Responsibilities
- Transport guest luggage to/from rooms safely and efficiently
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval services
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Operate hotel equipment (e.g., luggage carts) following safety protocols
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
