Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional, and positive demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with empathy and swift resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of room assignments, guest accounts, and payment processing.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure pristine room conditions.
- Provide expert recommendations on local Virginia Beach attractions, dining, and entertainment.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality at the front desk.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency; prior experience with hotel PMS is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
