Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all hotel guests
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with event setup and banquet services
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
