Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage room reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to resolve guest requests
- Assist with guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution according to company standards
- Perform daily audits of front desk operations and report discrepancies
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn hotel software systems
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
