Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through attentive check-in/check-out assistance and concierge support
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following sanitation standards
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and point-of-sale terminals
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve guest inquiries efficiently
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions and facility presentation
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Fluent English communication skills (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
