Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory
- Report maintenance issues to management promptly
- Adhere to OSHA and CDC sanitation protocols
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special events
- Collaborate with team members for efficient room turnover
- Maintain security standards and guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
- Valid NC work authorization and clean background check
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
