Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations
- Process guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solution-oriented approach
- Assist with event setup and execution for meetings and social gatherings
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout all guest areas
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if required for departmental duties)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
