Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records using our property management system
- Assist with daily front desk operations including answering phones and responding to inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision
- Uphold brand standards through consistent attention to detail and cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
