Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest experience
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and problem-solving with a solutions-oriented approach
- Perform daily front desk operations including reservations, room status updates, and billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and lobby spaces
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance hospitality skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (training provided on our systems)
- Positive attitude and passion for serving others
