Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and sustainability initiatives
- Lead crisis management and emergency response protocols
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize occupancy and profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in luxury hotel management with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and revenue management
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of Illinois hospitality regulations and compliance requirements
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
