Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay
- Assist with housekeeping duties including room cleaning, restocking amenities, and maintaining public areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Operate hotel systems including reservations, billing, and point-of-sale software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols across all departments
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance skills
Qualifications
