Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with genuine warmth during check-in/check-out processes
- Managing reservations and providing accurate hotel/local information
- Handling guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintaining pristine lobby areas and common spaces
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Processing payments and operating PMS systems

Qualifications
