Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step through the door.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including managing key cards and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, lobbies, and public areas to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and directions with a helpful and friendly attitude.
- Handle incoming phone calls and messages promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using hotel management software (training provided).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
