Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out, including room assignments, payment processing, and local recommendations
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, restocking amenities, and maintaining public areas to brand standards
- Operate property management systems and POS technology efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, valet, and F&B departments
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures during all shift rotations
- Complete opening/closing duties including cash handling, shift reports, and security checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students in hospitality programs encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive training
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and various shift rotations (morning/afternoon/evening)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn property management systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for flexible scheduling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
