Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes and reservation management
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with daily hotel operations including room status updates and key management
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and training sessions
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
