Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes and concierge support
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following strict cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality coursework preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
