Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest facilities
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
