Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Maintain clean and organized hotel common areas and guest rooms
- Assist with food and beverage service in resort restaurants and lounges
- Operate reservation systems and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
