Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and guest relations departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and special events
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support daily operations including inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn POS systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving shuttle services)
