Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage room assignments and inventory using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with prompt, diplomatic solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and concierge departments
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for future visits
- Uphold resort standards for safety and cleanliness at all times
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proficiency in Opera property management software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid Colorado driver's license (required for valet coordination)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly desirable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
