Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during check-in/out processes and throughout guest stays
- Manage room assignments and coordinate housekeeping services efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards in all public areas
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate critical information effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
