Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Deep clean common areas including lobbies, restrooms, and conference spaces
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly to management
- Adhere to strict sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to meet daily room quotas
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic English communication skills
- No prior housekeeping experience required (training provided)
