Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our modern Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and maintain a balanced till.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and route calls professionally.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and reservations.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of luggage.
