Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, tidy, and fully stocked with amenities.
- Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome and assist with inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, corridors, and public areas.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, feedback, and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold high standards.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
