- Process payments accurately and resolve minor guest concerns promptly.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Upsell hotel amenities and promote our loyalty program to guests.
Qualifications
