Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a safe and sanitized work environment in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the management team immediately for resolution.
- Sort and process laundry efficiently according to hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
