Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors upon arrival.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and directions to local attractions.
- Housekeeping Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Reservation Support: Communicate effectively with the central reservations team to ensure accurate room availability and guest preferences.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays, ensuring consistent coverage for our guests.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent experience in customer service is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping others and providing top-tier customer service.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
