Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests with precision and efficiency
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using our premium service standards
- Monitor security systems and ensure hotel safety protocols are maintained throughout the night
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent overnight requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with accuracy
- Prepare daily reports and maintain detailed guest records
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night shift hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient with hotel management software (Opera, FOSSE preferred)
- Valid Missouri driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Kansas City attractions and services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
