Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist with hotel check-in and check-out processes, including verifying identification and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and specific departments (Housekeeping or Front Desk) to meet high aesthetic standards.
- Support the concierge team with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and event bookings.
- Handle incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to online booking requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are prepared to perfection.
- Uphold all company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is an asset.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required for local transport duties.
