Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all guest rooms, including bedding, bathrooms, and common areas
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet luxury standards
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the facilities team
- Adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
- Collaborate with front desk staff for room readiness
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
