Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, routing calls, and managing email correspondence.
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Handle special requests and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
