Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests at all touchpoints
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Maintain clean and organized guest rooms and common areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Support daily front desk operations including reservations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
