Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/out procedures using PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless service
- Process payments, manage reservations, and update guest profiles
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and incidents
- Collaborate with concierge to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Kansas hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
