Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Assist with daily housekeeping and room preparation tasks
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for property operations
- Perform routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- Support banquet and event setup services as needed
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
