Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight (11 PM - 7 AM) or weekend shift operations across all hotel departments
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve escalated issues with discretion
- Conduct nightly security walkthroughs and emergency response drills
- Process late check-ins, room status updates, and maintenance requests
- Train new hires on SOPs and brand standards
- Prepare shift handover reports and financial reconciliations
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid California Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Previous crisis management experience
