Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through front desk operations, concierge services, and guest communication
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure pristine room standards and facility upkeep
- Assist with event setup and guest services for conferences, weddings, and social gatherings
- Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs using our proprietary PMS system
- Collaborate with food and beverage staff during high-traffic periods
- Maintain detailed logs of guest requests and facility maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset under pressure
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving company vehicles)
