Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk, including check-in/out assistance
- Maintain pristine room cleanliness and restock amenities as part of housekeeping duties
- Support food and beverage service in our onsite restaurant and banquet facilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for conferences and weddings
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred for local errands
- Customer service experience a plus but not required
