Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas per brand protocols
- Assist with event setup and banquet service for conferences and weddings
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn systems

- Valid Missouri driver's license if driving property vehicles
