Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms and common areas to 5-star standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of linens and supplies
- Adhere to OSHA and CDC sanitation protocols
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Collaborate with front desk and room service teams
- Complete daily room inspections before guest check-in
Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Clean background check and drug-free
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices
