Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during guest check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room status updates and coordinate housekeeping schedules
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Operate hotel management systems for reservations and billing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Complete shift reports and administrative documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
