Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-ins, and check-outs
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room preparation
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate hotel reservation systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Uphold cleanliness standards in public areas and guest facilities
- Support event setup and special guest requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
