Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Welcome guests with a warm smile, check them in/out efficiently, and assist with any special requests or inquiries.
- Operations Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby area, and common spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communication: Relay messages, answer phone calls professionally, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest needs promptly.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process payments, manage petty cash, and reconcile daily reports.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints or issues with grace and professionalism, escalating complex matters to the manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory (Entry Level friendly).
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
- Attitude: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor is essential.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) when assisting with luggage or supplies.
