Responsibilities
- Maintain Immaculate Standards: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to meet our luxury hotel standards.
- Bedding & Amenities: Change linens, fluff pillows, and replenish toiletries and amenities to ensure a fresh, welcoming experience for every guest.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on the supply levels of cleaning products and guest amenities, initiating reorders as necessary.
- Maintenance Liaison: Identify and report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or plumbing, to the engineering department promptly.
- Guest Experience: Adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, housekeeping management, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods, as well as lift and move furniture or heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to spot dust, stains, or maintenance needs.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality; background checks may be required.
