Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at front desk and public areas
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures using our property management system
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby, dining, and recreational spaces
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
