Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Check guests in/out efficiently using our hotel management system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Maintain clean, welcoming lobby and common areas
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all staff!
