Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive and memorable first impression.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, including managing reservations and processing payments accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally, responding to inquiries and special requests promptly.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options to enhance the guest stay.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Cross-train in various hotel departments to support the team during peak operational hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude towards teamwork and guest service.
