Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, or housekeeping stations
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest requests
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
- Learn and utilize hotel management systems
- Support special events and operational needs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train our team!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
