Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the property
- Assist with housekeeping duties including room cleaning and maintenance
- Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping staff
- Operate hotel systems including point-of-sale and communication tools
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
