Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with attention to detail
- Prepare and maintain clean, inviting guest rooms and common areas
- Operate hotel systems including reservations and POS terminals
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications

- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
